Design solution

Pneumatic hangar is an inflatable structure made of reinforced PVC materials, consisting of forming pneumatic cylinders, end walls with doorways of pneumatic gates, connected in a single structure and covered with a prefabricated shell.
Each pneumatic cylinder is a half-torus design, which is automatically filled with air using an intelligent booster system. The end walls are equipped with door blocks, pneumatic gates, openings for supply and exhaust ventilation and heat-insulated channels for the chimney.
For staff and visitors, aluminum doors with closers on a metal frame are provided. Cargo gates open with an electric hoist, providing pass-through for machinery and equipment.
The pre-fabricated protective shell covers the pneumatic cylinders, providing increased wind and snow resistance, and also improves the heat-saving specifications of the structure.

Natural ventilation and lighting

As there is no need to create excess pressure inside the room, natural ventilation is possible through technological supply-extract channels and open doorways. By dismantling the end walls, the structure can be used as a canopy in the summer, protecting people from rain and sunlight.

Compliance with accepted safety standards

The structure is absolutely safe for people, as it does not include metal components and sharp elements. The building is suitable for permanent residence of people, is not regulated by the requirements of industrial safety and SanPin due to the lack of excessive pressure inside the structure. It complies with all sanitary and hygienic standards and is made of materials that do not support combustion.

Environmental safety

Our inflatable structures are 100% environmentally friendly. The structure has no foundation and does not violate the topsoil, thus not affecting the environment. The materials and components from which the structure is made may be recycled and reused. Shortly after the dismantling of our structure, you are unlikely to guess where it was installed.

5. Installation

Installation of an inflatable hangar does not require foundation or earthwork. It is enough to have a more or less flat terrain. A team of 12 workers can deploy a hangar in 2 or 3 days.
