What material is an inflatable hangar made of?
The quick-mounted hangar is an inflatable structure consisting of arched air beams and end walls connected into a single structure and covered from above with a prefabricated shell.
A high quality PVC fabric consisting of a layer of polyester fibres, coated on both sides with PVC and a protective layer of varnish is used as a substrate.
We use a reinforced PVC fabric that has been specially developed to our specifications. This step was dictated by customers operating our products in the harshest conditions in the far north as well as in southern latitudes.
PVC fabrics are very strong, thin and lightweight. Durability, high resistance to temperature variations, water resistance and resistance to fire are also worth mentioning.
PVC fabric practically does not burn out in the sun, it is resistant to rotting and requires very little maintenance.
PVC fabrics are also renowned for their high decorative value. They are available in a wide range of colours and we can easily digitally print them to your designs.
